At Quattro Werks, we take pride in the quality and precision of our carbon fiber products. If your item doesn’t fit your vehicle properly, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange under the conditions below.

 


 

 

Eligibility for Returns

 


We only accept returns if the product does not fit your vehicle.


To be eligible:

 

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged — no scratches, cracks, or signs of wear.

  • You must request the return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You are required to send clear photos of the product from all angles before we approve the return.

    This allows us to confirm the item is in new condition.

 

 


 

 

How to Request a Return

 

 

  1. Submit a Request

    Email us at quattrowerks25@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos.

  2. Approval

    Once we review and approve your request, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Ship the Item

    Repack the product in its original packaging (or equivalent protective material) and send it back using the provided label.

  4. Inspection & Refund

    After the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

    Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

 

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


We cannot accept returns for:

 

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items returned without prior approval or photo verification.

 

 


 

 

Shipping Costs

 


Quattro Werks will cover the return shipping costs for approved returns due to fitment issues.
