Processing Times

 


All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary stock delays, shipping times may be extended. In such cases, we’ll notify you by email.

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location.


Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–15 business days after dispatch

 


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local delivery conditions.

 

 

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

 

 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

 


International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by their country.

Quattro Werks is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or additional charges that may apply once the package reaches your destination.

 

 

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 


We take packaging seriously to protect your carbon fiber parts during transit.

However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [your@email.com] with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.

We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

 


Some specialty or limited-run products may be made-to-order.

These items may require additional production time before shipping. Any extended lead times will be clearly noted on the product page.

 

 

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

 


Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
